Roscoe Moonieyan

A decorated veteran at both the NCAA and NAIA level, Roscoe Moonieyan was hired as the Midway men's and women's tennis coach in May of 2025.

Moonieyan led both Purdue Northwest (Ind.) and Union (Ky.) to their greatest success in program history. At PUN, he coached the women's team to the No. 19 ranking in the NCAA Divisoin-II poll, the highest ranking in program history.

Prior to that at Union, he built the Bulldogs into a regular top-25 and national qualifying program, while winning a program-record 83 matches and coaching numerous All-Americans. Before becoming head coach of the Bulldogs, he was an assistant from 2009-11, earning NAIA East Region Assistant Coach of the Year honors in 2010.

He also won NCAA Division-II South Region Assistant Coach of the Year while at Alabama Huntsville in 2013, where he helped lead the program to the first NCAA Tournament win in program history.

He spent the 2024-25 season as an assistant at Georgetown.
