MIDWAY, Ky. - Midway's top-seeded Rocket League eSports team kept its unbeaten season alive, as it opened the Southeast Region Playoffs with a 3-1 victory against eighth-seeded UAH Charger Black Friday night.

The Eagles, who won a Mideast Conference Championship in the winter, are now 19-0 in Rocket League as they advance to the semifinals, which will be played on April 5 at 8 p.m. Midway will face either fourth-seeded Cumberlands or fifth-seeded Centre, who played late Friday night.

Rocket League is the second Midway eSports team to advance in the postseason after League of Legends defeated Murray State Blue 2-0 in first-round action Wednesday.
