JEFFERSONTOWN, Ky. - Midway placed 13th at a pair of 21-team tournaments hosted by the Mid-South Conference this weekend.
The Eagles took part in the Lynn Jordan Memorial invitational Saturday and the Thomas Burris Memorial tournament Sunday.

The Eagle men recorded a combined score 5,187, accumulated with a 3,664 in team competition and 1,523 in baker.
Midway's top two performers came from the JV ranks.
Logan Shaner placed 72nd with a four-game score of 749, with
Wyatt Stegall placing 105th with a 652.
Tops on the varsity end was
Jackson Ryan, who was 124th with a 598 over three games, giving him an average of 199.3.Â

Midway followed that up with a tally of 4,929 Sunday, scoring 3,495 in team play, 1,434 in baker.
Stegal took a big step forward on day two, placing seventh in the 258-man field.Â
He topped 200 pins in three of four games, closing out with a 236 and a total score of 868 (217 average).
Charlie Smith was the varsity squad's leader, finishing in 29th with a 797 and 199.3 average.
Maddox Worthington (78th, 708 pins), Shaner (87th, 678) and Raymond Atkins (96th, 654) also finished inside the top 100 for Midway, which is back in action for the NAIA Invitational in Lawrenceville, Ga. next Saturday and Sunday.
