CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. - Alicia Sanglas Sanglas got wins at both No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles to highlight the Midway women's tennis team's 6-1 road loss to Campbellsville on Friday.

Sanglas and Emma Pheiffer got off to a great start with a 6-1 win over Miho Akita an Julieta Faisal in doubles.

Her domination continued in singles, with Sanglas taking down Ekaterina Amosova 6-0, 6-1 at the No. 1 spot. 

But it was Tiger domination elsewhere, as the Eagles won just one more set.

Tanit Cevada Cruz went three sets at No. 3 singles before losing 6-1, 3-6, 6-1 to Akita.

Now 5-3 on the season, Midway travels to Cedarville (Ohio) for a 4 p.m. match on Wednesday.
