Chris Norris joined the Midway Men’s Soccer staff in February 2025 and enters his first season as an assistant coach.
Norris spent the last four seasons as the head coach of Highlands High School women’s soccer program. He has more than 35 years of coaching experience including 4 years as head coach of Boone County High School men’s soccer and various youth club positions.
In 2022, Norris was recognized as the Cincinnati.com NKY/IND Girls High School Coach of the Year.
In 2020, he coached a 2011/2010 youth girls’ team to a KY Commonwealth Cup State Championship.
He played collegiately from 1995-1999 at Northern Kentucky University. He played both midlfielder and goalkeeper and served as a captain during his final year. After college, he played with TC Sports competing in the US Open Cup.
Norris earned a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and a Master’s degree in Teaching from Northern Kentucky University. He possesses a USSF D license.
Norris, a long time resident of Crescent Springs KY, has a wife, Sarah, and three children: Donovan, Cameron, and Natalie.
