MIDWAY, Ky. - The Midway equestrian hunt seat squad will begin a new season at the end of September.
The Eagles' first competition of the year will be at the University of Louisville Shows on Sept. 27-28. That will be the first of three shows in the fall, the others being at the University of Kentucky on Oct. 5 and Miami University (Ohio) Oct. 18-19.
After nearly four months off, Midway will host its lone home show on Feb. 14-15 before concluding the regular season by returning to Miami on March 7-8.
The postseason will begin on March 14 in Oxford, Ohio at the Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association Regionals.
IHSA Zones will then be held in Albion, Mich. on March 28 before the national tournament in Mill Spring, N.C. on May 1-3.
The Eagles are coming off a milestone 2024-25 season in which limit flat rider
Reese Dorsey became the program's
first national champion in over 20 years.
