CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. - A Campbellsville team receiving votes in the most recent NAIA poll swept doubles and won five singles matches in straight set to defeat Midway 6-1 in men's tennis on Wednesday.
The Eagles' lone victory came courtesy of Aditya Roy Chowdhury at No. 4 singles. Chowdhury earned a tie-breaker win in sets one and three, ultimately topping Sebastian Toledo 7-6, 2-6, 10-8.
Now 3-5 on the season, the Midway men, who were picked to finish second in the conference's preseason poll, begins River States play at Indiana Southeast at 2 p.m. Friday.
