BRISTOL, Tenn. - Wins by Izan Casado at No. 2 doubles and No. 4 singles highlighted the Midway men's tennis team's 4-2 loss to Emory and Henry (Va.) in a neutral-site matchup on Tuesday.

Though the Eagles lost the doubles point, they did pick up a win from Casado and Axel Sperling, who defeated Nathan Sperling and Tristan Hicks.

Casado and Aditya Roy Chowdhury both earned straight-set victories in singles. Casado defeated Hicks 6-0, 6-4 at No. 4, with Roy topping Spurling 6-3, 6-0 at No. 3.

The Eagles' scheduled Saturday matchup against Pikeville was postponed due to weather concerns. Midway will return to the court against Hanover (Ind.) next Wednesday at the Falling Springs Tennis Center in Versailles.
