MIDWAY, Ky. - For the second time in just over a month, Midway's
Vincent Biehn has been named the Mid-South Conference's Men's Bowler of the Week.
The junior from Levittown, Pa. received his latest honor after a 12th-place finish at the highly competitive NAIAÂ BCA Inviational,
held last weekend in Topeka, Kan. Biehn knocked down 1,034 pins over five games for an average of 206.8.
This is the second career Bowler of the Week award for Biehn,
the other coming on Oct. 14 of this year. It marks the third time Midway has earned the award this season, with
Charlie Smith also capturing honors
two weeks ago.
The Eagles return to action at the McKendree National Match Games tournament in Fairview Heights, Ill. on Saturday and Sunday.
The team also announced a schedule change Tuesday. Midway's men's and women's teams will now take part in the Storm Baker Challenge in Addison, Ill. on Jan. 10-11, following the cancellation of the NAIA Regional, originally slated for Jan. 31.
