MIDWAY, Ky. - The Midway competitive cheerleading team will begin the 2026 season on Valentine's Day.

The first competition of the season will take place on Feb. 14 at the Tiger Invitational hosted by Georgetown College. A week later, the Eagles will travel to Columbia, Ky. for an invitational at Lindsey Wilson.

On March 7, Midway will take part in the Mid-South Conference Championships in Bowling Green. The Eagles have finished third at the event two years in a row, with Ashley Freire winning the MSC Coach of the Year award in 2025.
