LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Midway men's bowling got a preview of next week's Mid-South Conference Championships, taking part in two MSC events this weekend.
The Eagles finished 11th out of 14 at the Lynne Jordan Memorial Tournament Saturday before improving two spots and taking ninth at the Thomas N. Burris Memorial Tournament Sunday.

Midway's final score was 5,331, with 1,625 coming in baker play.
The Eagles' top finish was from the junior varsity ranks, where
Noah Seng took 46th with a four-game score of 757. Seng's final average was 189.3.
The highest finish in varsity play was from
Vincent Biehn, who was 53rd with a 747 (186.8 average).

The Eagles upped their score to 5,502 Sunday with a 1,531 in baker.
Logan Tincher had the team's best performance of the weekend, finishing 24th with 838 pins and a four-game average of 209.5.
Tincher started off with a 210 in the opening round before peaking with a 237 in game three.
All told, four Eagles finished in the top-50.Â
Charlie Smith finished 40th with 802 pins and a 200.5 average. Like Tincher, Smith also rolled a 237 in game three.
Biehn finished 45th with a 792 and
Raymond Atkins was 47th with a 787.
Next up for the Eagles is the Mid-South Conference Championships, which will be held at Southern Lanes in Bowling Green. Play starts Thursday then ends Saturday.
