MIDWAY, Ky. - The Midway men's tennis team was predicted to finish second in the River States Conference in 2026 in a poll of conference coaches released Wednesday.

The Eagles, who have finished second to Oakland City in each of the last three seasons, received 21 vote points and one first-place vote. Oakland City, which was ranked No. 13 in the NAIA preseason poll, received 25 points and five first-place votes.

Rounding out the poll in spots 3-6 were Brescia (16 points), Indiana East (12), Indiana Southeast (11) and Shawnee State (5). 

Midway, which is 0-1 on the season, starts River States Conference play at home against IU Southeast on March 13.
