MIDWAY, Ky. -- With the 2022 season officially in the books, the Mid-South Conference office announced the student-athletes that earned Academic All-MSC honors while also announcing the MSC Cheerleading Champions of Character Team.

Earning postseason honors for the Eagles was the duo of Morgan Cline and Libby Morgan. Cline, a sophomore from Versailles, Ky., earned Academic All-MSC honors, while Morgan, a senior from Georgetown, Ky., was named to the Champions of Character Team.

To be nominated for Academic All-MSC honors, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of a 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must be in their third term or fourth quarter.

The MSC recognizes a Champions of Character Team for each championship sport. The student-athletes are nominated by their coaches based on their leadership on campus and in the community while demonstrating the five core character values of the NAIA.
