MIDWAY, Ky. - Kasey Cameron will go into the River States Conference Women's Golf Championships on a massive momentum swing, as she ended the regular season by winning three consecutive RSC Golfer of the Week awards.
Cameron's most recent win came after her medalist performance
at the Kentucky Christian Spring Invitational last week, in which she shot a two-round, 14-over par score of 158 to win by five strokes.
She led a dominant showing by an Eagle team that had six of the top seven individual performers and finished 66 shots ahead of the tournament's second-place team.
Cameron's current Golfer of the Week streak
began on April 6 then
continued seven days later. The Richmond, Ky. native and 2025 RSC Golfer of the Year has now won the conference's weekly award six times in the first two years of her college career.
The Eagles are currently in the midst of a three-week break before they will attempt to repeat as conference champions. This year's RSC match will be held May 3-5 at Glade Springs Resort in Daniels, W. Va.
