Constant named MSC Men's Volleyball Attacker of the Week for Feb. 17-23

MIDWAY, Ky. -- The Mid-South Conference office announced last week that for the second time this year, Adrian Constant of the Midway University men's volleyball team had been named the MSC Men's Volleyball Attacker of the Week for the week of Feb. 17-23.

The weekly honor is the second of the season for Constant, while it also is the second of his career. He previously earned the honor for the week of January 20-26.

The senior from All Saints, Antigua had a big week compiling 29 kills and a .258 hitting clip, while he averaged 4.14 kills per set. He also added 10 digs and six service aces.

He didn't have his best against No. 1 Campbellsville (Ky.), but he came out firing in a 3-1 win over Thomas More (Ky.). In the win, he posted 24 kills and finished with a .409 attacking percentage. He also added six digs and six service aces.

Following his performances last week, Constant ran his season total up to 205 kills for an average of 4.66 kills per set. He's also hitting a team-best .286, while he has served 20 aces which ranks second on the team.
