MIDWAY, Ky. - For the third time in his Midway career, Daniel Cogo has been named the Mid-South Conference's Setter of the Week.

Cogo, who was named the award's recipient on Monday, earned the honor after a strong weekend in which he recorded a season-high 28 assists in a 3-0 win over Kentucky State Saturday. The senior from Padua, Italy, who was third in the MSC with 478 assists in 2023, is currently fifth in the league with 7.20 assists per sets.

Cogo's previous Setter of the Week awards were won on Jan. 30, 2023 and Feb. 8, 2022. 

Midway is off until Feb. 21, when it travels for a road match against Campbellsville.
