MIDWAY, Ky. - With a dangerous snow storm set to hit the area on Saturday, a busy weekend schedule for Midway Athletics has been heavily altered.
A women's and men's basketball doubleheader at Oakland City (Ind.) has been moved from Saturday to Friday. The women's game will begin at 2 p.m. EST with the men's game coming immediately after.
The men's and women's track and field teams are also moving up its competition time, as the Centre Indoor Showcase will now be run at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
Elsewhere, the women's wrestling team will still take part in the first day of the Warrior Open at Indiana Tech University, but will return to Midway before the second day of competition Saturday.
All other teams set to compete on Saturday and Sunday will not make make their scheduled trips. A full list of canceled or postponed events can be found below.
