MIDWAY, Ky. - Midway's Carson Milner has repeated as River States Conference Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week following another distance win to open the 2026 season.

Milner's latest honor came after he placed first in the one-mile run at the Centre Indoor Showcase on Friday, running a time of 4:27.60. He also placed third in the 1,000-meter run at the same event, running a 2:43.76.

The repeat victory marks the sixth time the junior from Walton, Ky. has won an RSC Athlete of the Week award across indoor track, outdoor track and cross country. It's his third such win of the 2025-26 school year, as he also won cross country honors on Oct. 6.

Midway is set to return to action Saturday, when it travels to Terre Haute, Ind. for the Rose-Hulman Classic. Competition is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m.
